Job Summary:

Extrusion supervisor will ensure frontline leadership and production personnel responsibilities are being performed safely in accordance to policy. Extrusion supervisor will manage, give direction, and positively motivate the departments employees to support a culture of good housekeeping and organization. Achieve high performance through cultivating a team atmosphere, and continually improve press performance through efficient time management, high standards for quality, and self-accountability, safely.

Required Education/Experience:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
