Delaware North Vice President of Table Games in West Memphis, Arkansas

The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Vice President of Table Games to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas.

As the Vice President of Table Games, you will be a pivotal leader within our operations. This role is centered around enhancing the performance, efficiency, and profitability of our table games. You will be instrumental in establishing Southland as a center of excellence and a model for our other properties.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $168700 - $239100 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

  • Monitor key performance indicators for table games, implementing improvements and strategies based on data analysis to maximize table game yield and optimize financial outcomes

  • Provide guidance and direction to other casinos to ensure consistency and excellent in operations

  • Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing game protection and reducing risks of fraud

  • Evaluate team members performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve service delivery and operational standards

  • Collaborate with senior management to align the table games strategy with the overall business objectives.

  • Act as a key representative of the company in industry forums and public engagements related to table games

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in casino operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within table games.

  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability in table games

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry and market trends
