The Receiving/Shipping Clerks facilitate rapid data entry into SAP for Receiving Trucks, Charges, and Shipping Trucks. Sawn Clerks will monitor the inventory levels daily and ensures timely flow of products to support sales volumes. These requirements will be achieved by performing the following duties:

  • Accurately interpret and enter high volume of data into SAP in a timely matter for internal customers to monitor inventory, production, and product movement across the yard.
  • Distributes Charge Treat List to Loaders daily
  • Tally Material loaded on charges and chain down to prevent floating in the retort.
  • Apply date stamp on material being treated.
  • Validate any potential discrepancies identified during a blind tally process.
  • Label every unit individually for identification purposes.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by way of reconciliations following cycle counts in production areas.
  • Serve as contact for all procurement needs relating to inventory.
  • Participates and contributes to company safety program.

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of email, spreadsheet software, database software, word processing software, and presentation software.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 Years relevant to inventory management, maintenance requests, production environment
  • Prior experience preferred .
