Responsible for maintaining high-quality front-line customer service to faculty, staff, CVM students and other guests who visit the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Ensures exceptional customer service is provided to walk-in traffic, email inquiries, and in-bound phone calls. Demonstrates initiative to ensure customers are always served quickly and accurately. Provides direct administrative support to the VTH Director, VTH Administrator, and VTH Administrative Associate. Requires excellent customer service attitude and an ability to work under pressure and participate in a team environment. Must maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in handling employee information. Promotional Opportunities may be available through an established career development plan.
