    What You Will Do

  • Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks to produce high-quality products.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Build knowledge of products to assemble and various product lines.

  • Ensures quality of product using standard operating procedures, templates, training, and good judgment.

  • Collaborate and work as a member of the team.

  • Work and train cross functionally with warehousing and fulfillment.

    Who We Are Seeking

  • Ability and desire to work as a hands-on team member.

  • Strong priority and time management skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines when required.

  • Familiarity with or ability to train on equipment operation.

  • Moderate computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with rapidly changing priorities.

  • Self-motivating and self-managing with a high degree of creativity and analytical ability.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of experience and education.

  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is desirable.

  • Ability to meet physical requirements of production facility; standing for 2+ hours, extended reach, lifting requirements up to 50lbs, occasionally climb, kneel, or bend
