Pre Construction / Contract Assistant Description

Scull Construction is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven person with high energy to join our team as a Pre-Construction / Contract Assistant.

This position will be to assist our Pre-Construction team with a variety of management and administrative tasks. The position is fulltime and provides competitive salary and benefits.

The Pre-Construction / Contract Assistant is highly detail-oriented, proactive and organized. They should be capable of prioritizing and managing multiple deadlines. This role invoices working independently and collaboratively within a team, directly interacting with project managers, project coordinators and the directing managers. Adaptability and flexibility are crucial attributes due to the dynamic and fast-paces nature of our company.

Pay:

  • $22.00 - $25.00 - Depending on experience

    Roles & Responsibilities: (List is illustrative and not comprehensive)

  • Complete any task assigned by the Pre-Con Team in an efficient and timey manner.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as bid/quote management for the team, manage and assist with all aspects of bid day and logistics.

  • Assist in the coordination and management of projects in pre-construction.

  • Prepare contracts.

  • Assist in the collection and verification of Certificate of Insurance for each project.

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to coordinate with others to complete required tasks in timely manner.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to deal with individuals at all levels and to solve problems.

  • Stable work history and strong work ethic.

    Qualifications.

  • Prioritize and coordinate multiple projects with ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
