Elite Electric & Air Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) in Port Saint Lucie, Florida
Elite Electric Plumbing & Air is looking for Customer Service Representatives in our call center to join our first-class team.
A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our residential and commercial accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

They love to talk but, more importantly, listen! Customer Service Representatives can put themselves in our clients’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Client feedback is priceless. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle business and residential calls to help resolve immediate issues, perform account reviews, and provide other business application solutions.
Serves clients by providing product and service information and troubleshooting and resolving product and service problems.
Build long-term relationships with our clients.
Analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based techniques.
Place appropriate information in CRM, so the record is updated.
Escalates unresolved issues to proper authorities or departments
Meets commitments to clients and appropriately follows up

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Background checks, including employment verification and criminal history, are required.
One plus years of experience in a call center environment preferred
High school diploma/GED or higher education
Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Active listening and analytical skills
Proficient in spoken and written English and/or Spanish
Ability to type 25 wpm
Punctual, meticulous, and reliable
Must be computer literate and be able to navigate multiple programs and screens while engaging with the client.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Fast-paced, multiple-tasking, high-disruption environment.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
