Duties:

--Responsible for efficient and proper preparation of assigned menu items and any special dietary needs --Knowledgeable basic principles of quantity food cooking and care of equipment --Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters --Prepare a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, or desserts
