Robert Half Project Manager in Pflugerville, Texas

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in the medical devices industry, located in Pflugerville, Texas. This role involves managing customer service and office administration responsibilities, with a focus on building and maintaining positive customer experiences. The Project Manager will also be responsible for procurement activities, ensuring efficient costs and uninterrupted services.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and manage customer service processes to build and maintain a positive and consistent customer experience

• Proactively support alignment and maintain close relationships with customers and partner organizations, keeping mutual business needs at the forefront

• Ensure the availability of all office amenities, such as office supplies, catering, toiletries, etc.

• Collaborate with service providers to maintain optimal contracts that suit business needs

• Administer service contracts to ensure agreements are current and services are maintained without interruption

• Manage procurement activities for office items, limited inventory items, and consumable items for production

• Use CRM and Database systems to monitor and manage customer interactions and transactions

• Adhere to Budget Processes to ensure cost-efficiency in all procurement activities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of business-to-business (B2B) services

• Manage the ordering of office supplies and catering services as needed Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM and Database management

• Excellent understanding of Budget Processes

• Proven experience in Customer Service

• Ability to manage and deliver on project deliverables

• Experience in Business-to-business (B2B) transactions

• Familiarity with office administration tasks such as Ordering Office Supplies and Catering

• Prior experience in the Medical Devices industry

• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and project management abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in team settings

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
