Job Purpose and Impact

The Customer Service Analyst will contribute to implementing long term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions that support business goals. In this role, you will help monitor key sales and operations planning performance indicators including cost to serve performance data and coordinate cross functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Use comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices and procedures to navigate through data and technology challenges, upgrades and changes.

  • Implement moderately complex projects and process improvements to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Using a thorough understanding of supply chain practices and procedures, report on processes and ensures best practices are shared among locations.

  • Operate as the contact point for network design and optimization work.

  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of two years of related work experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain planning
