Yanfeng International Automotive Technology US I LLC Global IT Procurement Manager in Novi, Michigan
- Review, negotiate, and execute various IT contractual arrangements for software, hardware, and engineering services including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work(SOW), License Agreements, Cloud/Hosting, SaaS and more.
- Lead the IT competitive bidding process and formal IT contract negotiations from beginning to end.
- Review and/or create moderate to highly complex contracts, amendments, statements of work and other IT agreements.
- Summarize and interpret contracts terms and conditions and pricing models when and where necessary and requested.
- Work closely with IT and act as primary liaison with various teams including, Legal, Data Privacy, Data Security and Risk Management.
- Manage RFI's, RFQ's RFP's and other competitive bidding and advise IT customers and leadership of contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
- Serve as point of contact for all bidder communications, negotiations and required meetings related to IT contract and commercial terms.
- Facilitate all internal meetings related to commercial and contractual aspects of IT projects and deals.
- Develop collaborative relationships with IT and supported business units.
- Maintain high level understanding of business and project alignments.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews with strategic IT suppliers.
