Position: Service Representative in B2B Sales

Location: North Las Vegas

Starting pay: $23.00 to $24.00 (DOE)per hour.

Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm

Schedule: Fulltime (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday

Our client is a leading distributor of supplies and equipment for the professional pest management industry, has an opportunity for a Service Representative B2B sales. The Sales Rep will provide a high level of customer service to quickly establish rapport, educate customers on product offerings and services, answer questions or address concerns and assist them in choosing options that best fit their needs.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of B2B sales experience required

• Must have High school diploma

• Must have Tele sales and warehouse experience a plus

• Must have Excellent communication and phone skills

• Must have Ability to develop and enhance customer relationships

• Must have Well-organized, confident, energetic, and calm under pressure

• Must have Experience using various software packages including CRM and ERP systems

• Must have Quickly and effectively solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and placing orders for products by telephone, email, and servicing new and repeat walk-in customers.

• Correctly enter and document customer orders as well as determine the appropriate shipping method.

• Drive profits through outbound customer calls utilizing persuasive sales techniques.

• Increase customer profitability by utilizing cross-selling and upselling techniques.

• Seek to resolve customer issues in the best interest of the customer and Forshaw.

• Maintains professional composure in highly stressful or adverse situations and diplomatically handle challenging situations.

• Manages own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals.

• Other duties as required

Physical Requirements

• Able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects and materials weighing up to 20 lbs.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
