Bright Horizons Manager, Client Visibility in Newton, Massachusetts

In this role, you will support the execution of communications, networking opportunities, and events with and for our clients to drive engagement, retention and account growth. The initiatives you lead will help strengthen a community of family-friendly employers and educate and inspire employers to further their investments in care and education benefits. You will partner with cross-functional B2B teams to engage some of the world’s largest and most respected brands. The ideal person for this role is highly organized, a clear and effective communicator, and proficient at building relationships and influencing outcomes in a matrixed organization.

What you will be doing:

  • Strengthen client connections and community building through the development, planning, and execution of events, communications, and networking opportunities.

  • Ensure the delivery of timely and relevant client communications as the primary project manager for key communication vehicles.

  • Collaborate with client contacts, account managers, and the creative team to develop rich and engrossing client profiles and testimonials that highlight the value of family care supports

  • Lead communications (internal and external) and execution for b2b client events, including project management, budgeting, agenda planning, and reporting.

  • Serve as a liaison on the extended enterprise products team, specifically for the client portal. Interview stakeholders and review usage data to identify areas for delivering greater value to, and engagement from, client program administrators and executives.

  • Track and identify areas to improve the impact of client marketing campaigns by compiling metrics across various sources, including Salesforce.

  • Communicate project and program progress regularly to stakeholders, including the circulation of key metrics.

  • Rigorously review, proof and edit work to deliver the highest-quality deliverables of the marketing team to make informed enhancements where necessary.

What we hope you will bring to this role:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing or project management

  • Strong project management skills and prioritization skills with the ability to advance multiple projects at once.

  • Writing, editing and proofing skills with track record of executing and evolving communications processes.

  • Ability to work independently to high standards of quality and timeliness.

  • Acts with agility and discernment to address internal and external customer needs; resolves issues in a timely manner.

  • Strong ability to partner/collaborate with and influence many stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities alongside multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Effective communicator who has successfully collaborated with creative and campaign teams to generate compelling materials in support of client growth and retention goals.
