Warm UES family of 5 is excited to partner with full-time housekeeper who can  

assist in the upkeep of their 5-bedroom townhome. Candidate must be  

detail-oriented, self-motivated, and bring a friendly can-do energy to the home.  

Responsibilities: 

• Detailed cleaning of 5 bedroom townhome 

• Household organizing 

• Laundry and ironing  

• Pet care (Walking dog, cleaning cat litter, etc.) 

• Unboxing packages, collecting and sorting mail 

• Cleaning and organizing kitchen (refrigerator and pantries) 

• Sweeping sidewalk in front of home 

• Liaising with the family’s personal assistant ( reordering low stock items/household maintenance issues that may arise)  

Requirements:  

• Non-smoker  

• Flexibility to accommodate additional hours when the family entertains 

• Must be child friendly 

•  Experience with proper handling/cleaning of antique/precious furniture,  

dishware, etc. 

• 5+ years of similar experience 

• Excellent, verifiable references 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 5:00pm  

Salary: $40 - $45 an hour plus health care stipend
