Your responsibilities You will have an opportunity to learn Category Management and negotiation as part of the Strategic Sourcing team You will evaluate and present a recommendation for the next generation actions and test best financial, and business fit for current Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) You will develop an efficient audit process to validate material and financial accuracy Work directly with suppliers to setup and establish flow of materials in a new facility/process Due to a factory transfer, you will drive plans, updates and action to balance inventory and ensure on time delivery to both sites Optimize the visibility and overall efficiency of VMI, Maintenance, Repair and Operating Supplies (MRO) purchasing and indirect purchasing process Mentoring and networking opportunities Personal and professional development programing will be offered to all interns.
