Your responsibilities in this role

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department Requirements - Licensed attorney

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

• Estate planning experience

• Foundational knowledge in Discovery

• Comprehensive knowledge of Civil Litigation Experience

• Probate & Estate Administration experience

• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

• First-rate academic credentials and references
