Business Systems Analyst 13634 A leading professional networking company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of global third-party tool rollouts, projects and enhancements for the go-to-market area. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis. The company offers a great work environment! Business Systems Analyst Pay and Benefits: • Hourly pay: $70-$80/hr (Pay varies based on candidate's location and experience) • Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (Mountain View, CA 94041 - Hybrid) • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL • 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities: • Follow best practices and suggest improvements to processes used to assess and support tools. • Partner with the Sales Enablement team to support training, communication and adoption. • Manifest hands-on domain knowledge in business processes and systems that support go-to-market (Sales and Support). Gong and SalesLoft knowledge preferred. • Ensure the applications are supported by creating comprehensive requirement documentation, test cases and logical application diagrams. • Recommend solutions, and consider opportunities to extend and leverage existing tools/products. • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Sales Operations, Engineering, and vendor teams. • Facilitate and document As-Is/To-Be process flows and provide gap analyses of current business processes that need improvement. Business Systems Analyst Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis. • 3+ years of experience using GBO tools like SalesLoft, Gong, etc. • BA/BS degree. • Prior experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud, Dynamics 365. • Experience working in an agile work environment. • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships across the organization. • Proficiency with various software applications, including but not limited to: MS Office, JIRA etc. • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple complex bodies of work in a fast paced work environment. • Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving/providing feedback to peers and colleagues. • Ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of an organization. • Ability to solve challenges creatively. • Knowledge and use of analytical and data analysis tools including Excel.
