Primary Care Center of Monroeville Front Desk Receptionist in Monroeville, Alabama

- Greet patients and visitors, ascertain purpose of visit and direct them to appropriate staff.
- Operate telephone to answer, screen or forward calls, provide information, take messages.
- Check in patients and update information such as intake or insurance forms.
- Schedule and confirm appointments or medical consultations;maintain/update appointment calendars.
- Complete patient notes and refill request on EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
- Post money payments is system.
- Position requires being a professional, dependable, with good phone etiquette.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At Least 6 months Office Experience and basic medical knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Good telephone skills
