The Job You Will Perform:

• Lead and participate in the transformation of Global P2P processes, driving strategic initiatives to streamline and optimize operations.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for all operational issues related to the direct material process, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.

• Develop and implement a roadmap of continuous improvements for the P2P process, setting standards and managing exceptions to enhance overall performance.

• Design and own the P2P process, including any automations, and be accountable for its performance and results.

• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation for direct material procurement by channel, ensuring clarity and consistency.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and enhance end-to-end processes, including COE source, field procurement, staff procurement, and external vendors.

• Prioritize and implement process and system improvements in coordination with the transformation manager, aligning with strategic objectives.

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to gauge process performance and identify areas for further enhancement.

• Coordinate with Training and Change Management teams to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.

• Prepare for the S4 Hana transformation in the direct material buy channel, ensuring readiness and alignment with organizational goals.

• Act as the subject matter expert in all aspects of direct material procurement, providing guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders.

• Establish and manage internal controls for the buy channel, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

• Support and oversee any Procure-to-Pay (PTP) integration or separation activities as needed.

• Set objectives and lead a team of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams, providing mentorship, motivation, and support for their development.

• Serve as an escalation point for operational issues, collaborating closely with BPO teams to ensure timelyresolution and optimal process execution.

• Responsible for developing, motivating, and delegating to 1 financial analyst.

The Skills You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field

• 7+ years' experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, with a focus on direct material procurement.

• Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in leading transformational initiatives and driving process improvements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience managing complex projects from inception to completion.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges proactively.

• Knowledge of SAP and other relevant technologies preferred.

• Experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
