Position: Bus Driver -- District

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have CDL Bus Driver Endorsement
• Must be able to work with a variety of student behaviors and physical needs
• Experience with transporting special education students

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Work Year:  2023-2024 school year; 180 days per year

Hours: Hours TBD following bargaining unit bid process; Anticipated range is 3.5 -- 5.5 hours per day.

Salary: $27.63 -- $33.66 per hour depending on school bus driving experience

Benefits: Bus Driver positions with 3.5 hours or more per day qualify for healthcare benefits (medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance), retirement benefits, up to 12 days of sick leave, and up to three (3) days of personal leave per school year.  (Days of sick leave and personal leave are prorated based on employee start date.)
