Staff Strategic Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our Global Regional Sales team as a Staff Strategic Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer accounts at a global level, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at strategic customer accounts.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with customer needs and Renesas' business objectives.

  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful contract execution.

  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges and offering solutions that leverage Renesas' product portfolio.

  • Travel to customer sites and industry events as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor sales, with a focus on strategic account management.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing global strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets.

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and market trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
