Robert Half is partnering with an in-house organization in their search for an attorney to assist with commercial contracts, lending, and compliance. This direct hire role is fully in-office in the Greater Lawrence, MA area.

Requirements:

• Candidate must hold an active Bar license in Massachusetts or New Hampshire. Ideal candidates will hold both.

• Prior experience working with the following areas is required:

• • Commercial Contracts (drafting, editing, reviewing)
• • File and prepare claims
• • Small Claims, default judgements
• • Compliance
