General Summary\ Serves beverages to guests in the casino, bars, lounges or restaurants in an efficient and timely manner. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and company policies and procedures.\ \ Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the highest level of guest service while observing responsible beverage service.
• Takes orders, serves drinks and assists guests with menu options in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide requested beverage cocktail and deliver cordially to guests within assigned area.
• Maintain stocked supplies and cleanliness of assigned beverage server outlet.
• Accurately follows all cash handling and Micros POS procedures.
• Requests identification from guests when legal age is questioned.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests
