While you will be in the warehouse at times, you must be able to assist the customers as needed at the front desk. You will be helping customers by mixing paint, handling inventory, measuring, assisting and taking care of customers in the paint store. While helping customers and driving paint sales is the primary job but there will be other responsibilities to include color matching, mixing paint colors, individual and B2B paint sales, stocking and receiving inventory, loading an unloading trucks as well as assisting customers with all paint related projects. You must also be able to handle some mathematics to go along with measuring and mixing paint. Full training will be provided but you must be willing to learn. This job is a direct hire job with career opportunities for the right candidate!
