SUMMARY: This position has direct responsibility to ensure that all work activities under its span of control are performed with attention to the highest standards of food quality, safe processes, compliance with all appropriate legal requirements and a focus on continuous process improvement. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * In line product weight and temperature verification * Ensure all pertinent paperwork is completed properly, neatly and turned in daily. * Team member training on various policies and procedures including GMPs, SOPs and HACCP. * Receives requisitions and reviews for proper codes and approval signatures. * Assists in the production of food as needed and directed by Kitchen Manager and Supervisor * Maintain all areas of work area ensuring that environment is free from any signs of potential pest evidence and or debris. * Perform all other duties as assigned. Payrate: $19/hour REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES: • High school graduate or equivalent. Certifications: * HACCP/Servsafe certification preferred * Experience working in high volume kitchen preferred * Experience in recipe execution * Experience in completing and reviewing documentation required * Must speak, read and write English * Must be flexible in challenging and complex work environment while firmly maintaining compliance and upholding standards PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
