Description: A Structural Analysis Section Lead job opportunity in Indianapolis, IN is currently available at Belcan. This is a full-time, direct opportunity with benefits. To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, and 15 years of relative experience.

Job Duties:

Leads team in the development of project quotes to Statements of Work or develops quotes independently.

Reviews/approves time tickets, yearly performance reviews, and salary actions.

Participates in analysis reviews and provides action plans.

Assists Technical Leaders in the development of review of Analysis Review Presentations.

Project Manage customer projects; develop relationships with customers.

Review and monitors all analysis activities.

Ensures proper training occurs when required and promotes skill development with his/her group.

Required Qualifications"

US Citizenship required.

BS degree in Engineering or higher

Minimum of 15 years of structural analysis experience

Preferred:

Rolls-Royce experience and contacts

Aerospace experience

Experience performing analysis tasks

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $120,000 to $160,000 however Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
