Entry level experience.

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizen. Ability to obtain security clearance. Ability to obtain unescorted access to Redstone Arsenal; special permits, certifications and government authorizations required by ASRIs contracts with the government. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Must possess a good driving record.

Desired Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelors degree.

Skills Needed:

Microsoft office suite. Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure visitors have a good first impression and feel welcome. Organizational skills. Ability to communicate with various people on a professional basis being clear, concise and effective.

Duties:

Front desk reception, courier service, employee communication, photo directory, Newsletter, Corporate equipment maintenance/coordination, service request for building maintenance, event and meeting planning/setup, inventory and supply management, office supplies, responsible for mail distribution internally and for metering outgoing mail.

Comments:

Compliance with health mandates as dictated by the contract may be required as condition of employment.
