Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator. This position will be responsible for overseeing all facilities management for our Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Care homes on the island of Oahu. The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with our Franchise Owner to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of our facilities. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this role is $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities management for our Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Care homes on Oahu - Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to facilities management, including safety and sanitation standards - Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues - Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality repairs and maintenance - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs conducted at each facility - Manage inventory and ordering of supplies for all facilities - Assist with budget planning and monitoring for facilities management expenses - Train and supervise other facility staff, as needed Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) - Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong communication and leadership abilities - Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively - Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards related to healthcare facilities - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening - Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC statement: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
