Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: Southside of Holland

Pay Range: $20-22.50 per hour BOE

What’s the Job?

• Repair and maintain a wide variety HVAC Systems and equipment, including but not limited to, Chillers, Boilers, and AHU's

• Maintains proficiency with the Building Management System (BMS) and makes recommendations to the Maintenance Supervisor on upgrades to maintain efficient operations.

• Coordinates inventory of parts, tools, etc. that are kept in stock

• Responsible for understanding the equipment programming and be able to alter temperatures and simple programming

• Monitor HVAC and room conditions for optimal production

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience

• Considerable knowledge of tools and techniques used in maintenance and repair of large buildings

• 1 to 3 years of previous work related skills, knowledge, or experience with advanced education or training

• Demonstrated ability to comprehend building plans, wiring, diagrams and schematics
