FULL-TIME POSITION 

DUTIES: RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OVERSIGHT AND MANAGEMENT OF THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF ALL FOOD OUTLETS. FOCUS ON THE PREPARATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SIGNATURE ITEMS INCLUDING CUSTOMIZED DINING EXPERIENCES. ENSURE THE QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY OF DAILY PRODUCTS WHILE CONTRIBUTING TO THE CUSTOMERS TOTAL EXPERIENCE. RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERVIEWING, HIRING AND TRAINING EMPLOYEES; PLANNING, ASSIGNING AND DIRECTING WORK; APPRAISING PERFORMANCE BY DELIVERING WRITTEN AND ORAL EMPLOYEE EVALUATIONS; REWARDING AND DISCIPLINING EMPLOYEES INCLUDING ATTENDANCE AND TARDY POLICY; ADDRESSING COMPLAINTS AND RESOLVING GRIEVANCES. PLACE FOOD ORDERS WITH DISTRIBUTORS AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH VENDORS WHILE MAINTAINING ACCEPTABLE INVENTORY LEVELS. WAGE: SALARY, DEPENDENT UPON QUALIFICATIONS

HOURS: FULL TIME POSITION; FOR ALL SHIFTS, HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. EMPLOYMENT SELECTION WILL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HANNAHVILLE INDIAN COMMUNITY'S TRIBAL EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS ORDINANCE (TERO) TITLE IV CHAPTER 3.
