• Follows policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ACHA, DCF, and Joint Commission.
• Upholds Honey Lake Clinic standards and procedures by providing exceptional care to patients.
• Applies nursing principles and techniques in the care and treatment of patients
• Creates, manages, and coordinates patient care plans
• Compiles medical histories and physical findings
• Maintains and files patient documentation
• Evaluates physical complaints and reports findings to charge nurse
• Administers medications and provides education to patients
• Evaluates efficacy of medications and looks for potential side effects
• Monitors inventory of clinical supplies and drugs
• Communicates with providers and pharmacies when applicable
• Supervises the preparation of clinic rooms and equipment
• Maintains a clean and organized office area and equipment.
• Completes all required training
• Always displays professionalism with patients and staff
• Participates in Emergency Drills
• Other duties as assigned by the RN, Nurse Manager or Facility Administrator

Current, unencumbered licensure

Track record of maintaining certifications

Must be CPR certified

Ability to work for Honey Lake Clinic at least 30 hours per week

Ability to work nights and weekends as assigned by the Nursing Officer or Facility Administrator
