We currently have opportunities for Fiber Installation Technicians to join our team. Our Fiber Technicians provide high-speed cable TV, phone, and internet installation to residential (and occasionally commercial) customers in the area. Responsibilities

Our technicians perform basic to advanced installation & troubleshooting for fiber optic broadband equipment & services. They complete installations, repairs, splicing, & integrations to existing infrastructure.

Some essential duties of our fiber technicians are to

• Install, splice, repair, & terminate fiber-optic cables & connectors in both indoor & outdoor settings with new & existing fiber optic infrastructure.

• Maintaining detailed records of installations, repairs, & equipment used. Generate accurate reports on work completed & document network configurations.

• Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility & responsibility in the performance of work assignments

• Ensure that the highest quality of service is provided to promote superior customer satisfaction.
