Job Title: Technical Design 3 Location: Everett, WA Duration: 12 Months Shift timings: 1st shift at 7:00 am PST - 3:30 pm PST Pay Range: $51.72/hr - $53.57/hr Responsibilities: Uses manual or Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools, to develop and maintain mechanical/structural engineering product definition. Prepares design layouts and modifies existing designs to satisfy customer and production requirements. Assists in the development of product definition based on applicable standards, requirements, and design parameters. Develops statements of work, including design requirements, cost, and schedule estimates. Coordinates and develops work transfer packages. Contributes to the integration of product definition across internal and external business partners to provide a functional end-product. Investigate and resolve moderately complex manufacturing processes or engineering-related issues. Verifies the accuracy of non-technical data produced by others. Supports the development of new processes by providing input on detailed aspects of the process. Mentors less experienced personnel. Works under general direction. Experience Expectations: - Prefer CATIA/ENOVIA and PDM experience. - Prefer previous BCA Structures Experience. Education/experience: Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
