Title: Software Developer Duration: 12 Months Location: Everett, WA Min Pay Rate: $70/hr W2 Description: Leads the planning and execution of projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices. Leads activities for improvements to engineering designs, manufacturing processes, large-scale systems integration and software applications. Approves supporting processes and related documentation. Leads consultation and training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production. Develops advanced manufacturing technology and guides its implementation into production. Leads technical and administrative activities to meet regulatory, production and process requirements in support of the manufacturing plan. Communicates with internal/external stakeholders to ensure products and services meet requirements. Works under minimal direction. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills) * Ability to understand and develop software solutions to meet end user's requirements.Must be able to ensure that application integrates with overall system architecture, utilizing standard IT life cycle methodologies and tools. Should be able to develop algorithms, data and process models, plans interfaces and writes interface control documents for use in construction of solutions of moderate complexity. * Strong experience and knowledge of software languages/frameworks. C#, VB, python, .Net, .Net Core, MVC * Strong experience in Azure DevOps, Visual studio, SQL Server, T-SQL, SSMS, SSIS, DTSX and SSRS * Experience with data visualization tools - SSRS, Tableau, D3, COGNOS, and Power BI * Experience with Oracle, Teradata, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, API development is a plus. * Deploying Microsoft Windows Web applications to EWH (Enterprise Web Hosting) and PCF/TAS (Pivotal Cloud Foundry / Tanzu Application Service). * Excellent Presentation and communication skills to work in a team environment. * Strong Problem Solving and software testing and Debugging Skills. Desired Attributes Include: * Strong knowledge of ME/E&TE systems and processes. * Experience with the digital data thread and how it relates to the ME/E&TE function, and ability to use this data to drive system solutions. * Familiar with Client's AD&S and ESATS processes and requirements. * Ability to learn new software technologies and adapt quickly. * Self-starting, accountable, and able to work independently. * Strong time management and organization skills. * Ability to work across functional groups and organizations. * Exceptional teaming skills in developing innovative ways to effectively meet customer needs. * Curiosity with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. * Interpersonal skills where teamwork and collaboration are of the utmost importance. * Willing to learn new skills, expand knowledge, and adapt to technological and business changes.
