Salary

  • Bilingual: $17.50 per hour

  • Monolingual 16.97 per hour

  • Work Schedule: 8 am to 7 pm Central time. The employee will be assigned an 8-hour shift during that period.

Seeking candidates with proven call center results in Flint or East Lansing, Michigan.

What’s a typical bilingual English/Arabic customer service representatives? You’ll be:

• Handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone

• Recording consistent problem areas and providing solutions

• Responding to email inquiries

• Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting

• Communicating complex information and addressing related questions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred)

• Have at least two (2) years of relevant experience

• Possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Have strong customer service experience, preferably in a provider services environment

• Are computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Have a typing speed of 30+ wpm

• Can perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment

• Can successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously

• Have previous call center experience

• Are bilingual in English/Arabic OR English/Spanish

• Seeking candidates with proven Call Center results in Michigan

Working From Home Remotely Requirements:

  • 25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload internet speed, at least 30 GB of data (50 Mbps if you share internet with others in the household)

  • Quiet place/distraction-free, smartphone or tablet

  • Working remotely is not a substitute for dependent care.

  • Able to give a 3-month commitment (there is “no” approved time off during training)
