The Clinical Supervisor will provide oversight and management of Outpatient and Therapeutic Foster Care program in Volusia County. You provide timely and meaningful performance feedback to a team of therapists. Supervisor sets clear performance expectations with staff, provides coaching, and uses prompts, modeling, praise, and recognition to promote effective performance. Conducts observations and provides timely coaching and feedback to help therapists achieve competency in required skills. Manages day-to-day program operations. This position will also serve as primary therapist to a small caseload of youth in foster care.

Position Details:

Pay Range: This position starts at $59,500 / annual. Salary is based on relevant education and experience.

Schedule: This position will be primarily Monday-Friday 9am-5pm; will need to accommodatesome evenings and on-call.This position is hybrid which includes remote work and in-person requirements.

Qualifications

Education:

• Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field required

• Two years' experience working directly with children and families. Preferred experience with children who are victims of physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, or youth who have been adjudicated delinquent and are committed and are emotionally disturbed required

• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida required.

• Must have management experience within the field of child welfare or mental health services (preferred).

Schedule:

• Must be able to complete a three day new hire orientation class (Monday - Wednesday); hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day

• Valid Driver's license
