Job Number: R0195903 IoT Cybersecurity SME Key Role: Serve as a healthcare security and IoT subject matter expert. Work with other Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) professionals in delivering a robust cybersecurity program. Identify Medical Device and Special Purpose System vulnerabilities and make recommendations for key stakeholders. Support the technical activities associated with the delivery of a medical and IoT device cybersecurity program, involving the identification and collection of cybersecurity data elements in the asset inventory and implementation of cybersecurity controls and fixes.Assume responsibility for designing, coordinating, and implementing IoT security services with defined deliverables to fulfill contract commitments to the highest degree of value. Provide network architecture guidance to the VA client.Deliver client value through quality deliverables of the IoT security services portfolio.Lead teams, and design and deliver IoT client solution strategies based on knowledge of the industry, IoT leading practices, and the client's business. Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in healthcare or IoT cybersecurity solutions 3+ years of experience in technology, biomedical engineering, or cybersecurity within a healthcare environment Experience in the healthcare domain within medical verticals, medical device, or Biomedical Device Cyber Security Experience working with healthcare digital technologies or environments Experience with network security, architecture, infrastructure, or firewalls Experience in design and deployment of network security solutions and controls in industrial networks, including network zoning, segmentation and isolation designs, and implementation Knowledge of healthcare information systems, medical device security, and regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA or HITECH Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements HS diploma or GED and 18+ years of experience with IT, or Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or Engineering and 10+ years of experience with IT Additional Qualifications: Experience with the VA or DoD Public Trust Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.
