About the Role

As a CBRE Project Manager for Systems Administration, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to a Healthcare client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the client and its vendors on the installation of access controls, cameras, and baby monitoring systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

  • Collaborate & oversee the technology implementation for clients including audio and visual systems, baby monitoring systems, and security access control systems.

  • Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project including working with local IT IPs & SACE requests, submittals, and approvals.

  • Support the client with user database & access groups while coordinating with integrators, vendors, and the client during the installation process. Verify installation is completed by submitting project pictures and as-builts are received.

  • This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

  • Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

  • Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.

  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated.

  • Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.

  • Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.

  • Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

  • 4 years of experience working with construction projects related to the installation of access control systems, monitoring systems, or video and audio systems.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Projects.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Manager position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Manager is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
