Job Description

To assist with guests’ comfort in a courteous and professional manner while performing massage and/or body treatments. Direct all efforts toward guest satisfaction, safety, sanitation, proper technical procedures and spa profit maximization.

Responsibilities

1. Perform massages and body treatments for guests with professionalism, care and attentiveness to each guest’s treatment goals. 2. Maintain proper body mechanics and remain attentive to your body mechanics. 3. Consistently meet spa standards for guest treatment room preparation and breaking down your assigned treatment room each day to include cleaning, disinfecting, presentation standards and organization. 4. Utilize empowerment to accommodate guest’s treatment goals utilizing your certified modalities that are offered by the spa. Be engaged with guest experience to ensure they are comfortable and feel cared for. 5. Utilize exceptional hospitality as you represent and actively promote Omni, La Costa. 6. Inform managers of the following: a. If you have a sense the guest did not care for service. b. Any special celebrations or guest preferences for the rest of time in spa. 7. Thorough knowledge of massage, body treatments and products. 8. Participating in opening, mid-shift, and closing spa duties. 9. Assist others when possible, and demonstrate teamwork.

Qualifications

• Appropriate Massage License is mandatory, 500 hours of massage education, agreement in learning to perform body treatments, flexibility with schedule (with weekend availability required).

  Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
