As a Laundry Manager, you will be responsible to oversees all aspects of the hotel's laundry operations to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of linens, towels, and other hotel textiles. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing laundry processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. The manager is also responsible for inventory management, budgeting, and maintaining records related to laundry operations.

Qualifications:

This position is only for Indonesian.

• 2 years experience in laundry operations management, preferably in a luxury resort environment.

• Strong leadership and management skills to supervise and motivate a team of laundry staff.

• Proficiency in operating laundry equipment and knowledge of laundry chemicals, detergents, and stain removal techniques.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and coordinate laundry operations to meet hotel needs.

• Thoroughness in inspecting linens for quality control and ensuring they meet the hotel's standards.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with other hotel departments, suppliers, and external contractors.

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, resolve staffing issues, and address customer complaints related to laundry services.

• Experience in budget preparation, cost control, and inventory management to optimize laundry operations within budgetary constraints.

• Familiarity with sustainable laundry practices and experience implementing eco-friendly initiatives to minimize environmental impact.
