Manage and see advertising campaigns before they are released and installed in our airports! The Advertiser Client Services (ACS) Campaign Coordinator's primary function is to coordinate client's artwork into the airport advertising displays. To reach their goals, the ACS Campaign Coordinator functions in a customer service role providing specifications and details to clients to successfully execute advertising campaigns. Job Responsibilities: Manage overall coordination and execution of clients advertising campaigns Act as liaison between the client who has signed a contract to advertise with our company in an airport and the graphic house that is producing the artwork to ensure a timely and accurate campaign execution Work closely with Sales/Account Executives, Project/Property Managers, preferred vendors, airport staff and advertising clients to successfully coordinate and execute campaigns Act as client's first point of contact to establish timelines, content, next steps and client responsibilities through the term of their campaign Send all specifications to both client and graphic houses for contracted locations Advise client on suitable content to ensure maximum advertising effectiveness Facilitate installation of artwork within 1 week of client contract start date. This is achieved through phone calls and emails, coordinating internal and external efforts Assist existing clients with artwork reproduction or change-outs through life of contract term Work with airport for content approvals Enter client and graphics information into system Alert on-site service representative of pending installation - obtain proof of performance photos for National clients in timely manner Maintain good working relationship with all graphic houses that produce artwork for clients and verify that they meet print, product and service standards Maintain program appearance with current advertiser artwork or good quality filler artwork Filler artwork - facilitate filler replacement - order, print and ship fillers to service reps for installation; all advertising displays must be filled Audit of airport program with operations team following a trip to market and on a quarterly basis Review specs to ensure accuracy of program Manage the process of removing client graphics and content at the end of their contract term Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Job Qualifications: Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience preferred. Work Experience 1-3 years or more related work experience

Skills Must have ability to learn and use company and customer system Computer experience including good working knowledge with Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and email Typing skills necessary

Physical Demands The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hand. Employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus. This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment

Other Requirements Able to travel outside of the office 25% - 50% of the time Varying work shifts and/or work weeks exceeding forty (40) hours in duration may be required Access to a reliable vehicle
