Are you passionate about Harley-Davidson motorcycles and love helping customers find the perfect gear? RideNow Powersports is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Harley-Davidson Motorclothes Sales Associate to join our team!

As a Harley-Davidson Motorclothes Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, creating a fun and memorable shopping experience, and driving sales of our premium Motorclothes and accessories.

At RideNow Powersports, we are the largest powersports dealer network in the country, offering a wide range of products and services to thrill-seekers and motorcycle enthusiasts. Join our team and be a part of this exciting and dynamic industry!

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and provide outstanding assistance in finding the perfect Harley-Davidson gear and accessories

  • Upsell and cross-sell related merchandise to enhance the customer's riding experience

  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail environment

  • Communicate promotions and new merchandise to customers

  • Provide exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry

  • Passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and knowledge of Motorclothes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

  • Basic computer skills

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
